We will then attempt to rectify the situation for you. If after 10 working days after contacting us, you are still not satisfied with the outcome, we will be happy to give you a full refund on the full amount paid, less the standard 10% processing charge. Please note that our money-back guarantee offer for ProtectYourKids membership is in addition to statutory rights you already have under the law of the state of Queensland, Australia.

The ProtectYourKids Software component of membership is sold as an electronic download. Since there is no physical product for you to return, we have developed a system to help reduce the risk of fraudulent refund requests.
